Hello guys & gals! I just got a bb bold 9000 with no memory card in it. I tried receiving a music file thru blutooth but it keeps telling me "file too large". Mind u i still av about 854mb free space(frm d internal 1G of d phone). What shld i do pls?

the phone is irritating when the red light flashes but when you get used to it, it doesnt matter as you dont notice that it is there!

the fone is bad for fat people becuz the buttons are small so people with fat fingers might press 2 buttons at the same time!

the blackberry bold is a ace phone however, the camera is shocking i would of thought that the camera would have been much better, also the battery doesn't last very long, i charged mine for 24hours and it still doesn't give me full battery. Appart from these we think the blackberry is the best phone i have ever had! allover the phone is ace, and we would recomend this phone to everyone.

I`ve using Bold 9000 .. i like it.. but this piece not for `no-brain` peoples.. :) BlackBerry is the best phone i ever have.. from nokia to nokia for ten time or more.. from sony-eric to sony-eric for ten time and more .. HTC, LG , Samsung , PDA , WinMo , wht elses ? i`ve used for this past 15 years , then tried BB 8320 , Curve 8520 and now hooked on BB Bold 9000 .. this piece not for beginner.. i mean ` no-brain` people.. this piece totally not for fun.. :)

Moo, 30 Nov 2010if only they re-released the bold 9000 with better specs an... moreTotally agree, I had a 9000 and went for the 9700 and oh boy does it suck!
One year later and I *still* hate it, stupid smaller-4:3-aspect-ratio screen, stupid weak MONO speaker, stupid cramped keyboard, stupid bbmsn 5 (really miss 4.6) and the signal strenght is just worse.
Too bad I traded a friend my old bold for a set of Klipsch speakers :(

Using the handset from last two months, Trackball is not working downwards frm last three days, system hangs atleast 5 times a day, use to carry charger along as battery back up is not good...and the list is long... in simple words planning to switch back to nokia

Hey ya guys... I've hand my bold from May this year and its starting to piss me off... I'd see incoming calls but i wont be able to answer them then it would freeze up for long periods of time and then it gets really really hot!! I've tried flashing it and all that but there doesn't seem to be any solutions to my problem... i really like this phone a lot... Can anyone provide me with a solution???

Does anyone know how to get back the blackberry messenger ison onto your menu if it is deleted? Downloading the new bb messenger doesnt bring back the icon. Re-starting or re-downloading doesnt bring it back either. I can not find a solution? Thank you in advance!

I have been a windows mobile user for years and finally I decided to switch to a "Blackberry" after seeing its popularity over the years in the corporate world and nowadays anyone! After using it for barely 3 weeks, I am utterly disappointed!!! First, what is the BIG DEAL with blackberry phones other then the PUSH MAIL function and its impressive phone design which is distinctive??? Other than the common functions are similar to many smartphones these days, the MOST DISAPPOINTMENT THING.....IS THE APPLICATION MEMORY!!!! You cannot install apps on an external card!!!!! THIS IS STUPID!!!! I wonder how can Blackberry compete with other smartphones these days by limiting apps installation only on the application memory which is only 128MB????? Do not be fooled by the specs saying it has 1GB device memory... you cannot install apps on the 1GB device memory BUT only on the 128MB RAM! As your phone is running throughout the day, it uses RAM....so if you install many apps, it will prompt you memory low very soon! Which means mails and even SMSes cannot come in! A reboot is required! STUPID PHONE! Bold 9700 has 258MB....and the latest Torch has 512MB. The bottomline is...buying a Blackberry is solely for its name... I will use for a few more months and will switch to the ANDRIOD WORLD!
