Neet Singh Open the Phone app (press the call key once) and press menu (BB button)and select General options. go down to where it says Call from Homescreen and make sure it says Yes. Then go to Speed dial and you should see a list of letters going from A-Z and for each available letter you can assign a contact.

Hey guys. I have a blackberry bold 9000 from the states. I am living in the middle east and i was trying to add my bbm contacts from canada where i live and they will are getting received or accepted. Does anyone know anything about that? Thanks

I have two Bold 9000 Phones. They are excellent but for the Battery life compare to the Nokia E63, E71 and E72. Blackberry should provide higher capacity batteries as optional accessories. Is it possible to legally upgrade the software to Version 5?

Anonymous, 29 Apr 2010I cannot send or receive text messege Wit my bb 9000 beca... moreIf you cannot send text messege With your bb 9000 you can do 4 things,1) try to find the icon cause maybe someone or your ownself move the icon to another folder/location; 2) try to rebooting your movile (turn off then remove the battery and start it again); 3) try to install the operative system of your movil or update it(BB desktop manager); 4) if you want to send a sms you can still look for the number to send the sms and push the menu button and select send sms (someone might say duh :P)

Am shortly due an upgrade after 16 months of Bold 9000 which has been fantastic apart from recently the sound has virtually gone, it least it still vibrates. Is it just a natural progression to move onto the 9700 or nowadays with all these new futuristic phones coming out which seem to have everything on apart from Messenger, are they the way forward ?
