Hi guys, i'm about to buy a new blackberry phone soon, but still undecided if i need a bold or just get a Gemini (8520)

frankly, i'm only going to use this phone for email and blackberry messenger.

i read somewhere that gemini's keyboard is uncomfortable and the screen resolution is smaller than bold's. Is the resolution really bad?

      Please advise.

      Thanks.

I like the design of Bold 9000 than 9700.

Sani244, we encounter the same thing in failure to transfer file from my laptop going to BB bold. I have been trying to configure but i still cannot solve it! I also cannot receive MMS. Does anyone have an idea on how to set it to receive MMS?

Is the stainless steel side lining of the Bold 9000 replaceable? I had bad dents on it because I accidentally dropped it several times however very durable phone though because no malfunction whatsoever after a long time already. But beware it's not advisable to drop-test it okay? Zero-dropped/bumped phone is still better.

                          hi everyone, i have 2 ?:
                          1. i want 2 transfer a music track from my laptop to my BB Bold9000 Via Bluetooth, i go to media, music, receive using Bluetooth, it shows it's doint something but then gives me the error: file trx filed.
                          how can i fix that.

2: what should i do to JUST transfer 1 or 2 contacts from my BB Bold9000 using Bluetooth to my other mobile/laptop? the contact doesn't give me the option of SENDING VIA BLUETOOTH.

                          thnx

the battery life in most of the BB phones are really really sad... Bold is no exception and its worse than my previous BBs

I've had this phone for about 8 months now, with an 8gb memory stick. It is one word...AMAZING. I honestly cannot fault it apart from battery life, but then again I use all the features all the time so it's expected.
For those asking which is better between this and the Curve 8900, it all the depends on the type of person you are. The Bold 9000 has a larger screen and buttons making it easier to type. It's more of a business mans phone. The Curve is more for teenagers and young adults.
