I think this is the best blackberry phone I have experienced. It's fast and very easy to use. Instant email, messenger and a really good organizer function. I would recommend this phone to every business user. And about the memory issues, just buy a fast mini SDHC card for the bigger files. And there are applications like quikpull lite which makes the job of taking the battery out not necessary anymore. In conclusion a perfect phone which I would recommend to anyone. Definitely worth at least 8 out of 10.

Hello Guys I am using Bold from many months Now Belive me I never ever had a problem with this device Its so nice That I cant Tell you .
Emails =Great
Display =Great
Sound =Great
Battery =Great
over all 9/10
If u use any device nicely it will give you good service .

I also found the browser for blackberry to be very slow, I've given up and deleted it from my laptop. The battery is becoming worse everyday, had to charge it twice today without even making a call and used the net for 10min...
What should I do?
I still love the phone and have no regrets...
Don't let the 2MP camera deter you, its still extremely impressive. I wouldn't change this phone for any other phone...

I had an Apple iPhone but had to return it since the email wasn't always coming through, it was then suggested that I try the Bold, and I have to say from a Business POV, it can't be beaten, emails are rocket powered, sound quality is awesome and the Wifi connection provided great YouTube videos. I have to say that the BlackBerry 8820 has a better keyboard but there's not really much difference, reception is flawless and screen graphics are great. I doubt if BlackBerry can really better this phone, if they try its a hard task

Im contemplating getting this phone but is it worth waiting for a newer version and if so when will the newer bold or similar be released?

correction, this phone has a big memory issue, which makes it slow. You have to do a battery pull to fix it evry time, very time consuming. Not ready yet for consumer market. Youtube site takes ages to load, this is only the second day I am using it and the memory is only 22MB.
Mail is good, telephony is good, but you have to strip this phone from applications, otherwise memoryproblem, hope I can take it back.
