This phone can be purchased for AU$650. Its worth the money because it last's a long time. I've had it for a year now and it is still as brand new and Vodafone still wont sell it fr less than $1199, best buying it online or from a smaller retailer.

If you try another way you might have issues because blackberry's dont like things getting transferred to it by other phones (especially via bluetooth).

I have two bolds which i have to charge every single night in life and if i have a productive day of using it every 15 minutes i have to charge them twice daily. Battery life on them are terrible absolutely terrible,i have had the batteries replaced and still same problem, excellent phone best blackberry ever to come out but such a shame of the battery.

Blackberry Bold 9000 is very expensive phone and has following disadvantages:
1. Browser does not support frames and javascripts. Thus you can not work on your company's site thus defeating the very purpose of business phone.
2. GPS does not work on Vodafone India network.
3. Dial up mod does not work on Vodafone India network.
4. Can not install and run any lthird party software.

Hey u knobhead 'decision' is totally different to 'thing', i aint loneley but my whole life has been about bad decisions and unluckiness and this is the one thing thats gone right for me, so unless qou want to fix my life up for me then u should bugger off.

This phone rocks ive had it for 7 months now and not a single problem, im pretty much lost without it. Best choice ive made in my life purchasing a Blackberry Bold 9000.

Hi all,.I'm a new black berry user.I got mine bout 3 weeks ago.I've used a nokia 5800,an iphone and a blackberry storm before getting the bold..All I can say is that the bold is what mobile phones want to be like..crystal clear lcd,amazing stereo speakers,nice qwerty layout,firm build,extremely fast processor and an amazing battery life..truly a mean machine..I'll hang unto the bold for a really long time..pls get one

been using this phone for 7 mths now, yet still rock... the sound is better than ehem....nokia. everythng just AWESOME.... n now my bro is using bb 2.
highly recommended for those who r still looking 4 a great phne... experience it urslf...daaaaaaa
