I get both personal and business email, I text over 5k txts per month, and I use nearly 1400 minutes a month and I NEVER EVER have to charge mine more than over night..

Please open the back cover.Pull out the battery and wipe the charging area with dry cloth(both in phone and battery).
Insert back and put it on charging without booting the phone for at least 3 hours.
Hope you will see your issue resolved.

Running new technology called Predictive emailing. I Forwarded the email ID's of my friends so that as per the promise made through email that I would receive a Blackberry mobile (Blackberry Bold 9650), I think I have been fooled.The email was received from Amanda Lee, Marketing Manager(amanda.lee@blackberry.co.za) Office Number: 0117838512
Forwarded email on 23rd November, 2010. Is it fake? because its more than six months now and I have'nt received any reply from Amanda Lee nor from her office nor the Blackberry Mobile as promised.
I hope if the promise is true and not fake then I should receive the Blackberry Mobile.

If you increase battery timing by reducing back-light brightness, Backlight timeout and using Auto dim backligt in "Screen/Keyboards". Similarly put off the Camera Flash.

i dont understand why it is called bold 3.....as it is 9650....bold 2 is 9700......i dont understand the reason why they had to name it like that....well...a superb hanset...but the confusion is only with these numbers....as we are the ones that make them up>>>!!!
