i have had my blackberry for 3 weeks. Now says it has no battery and does not charge. The "Learn More" book directs to the user manual, which is silent on the matter.
Any advice out there?

Its GOOD. Its Smart. Using it for cpl of weeks.
For the AT&T customers: this would be the best deal among other phones. Price worthy.

Good Network reception (faced problem with Curve, backflip, iphone- but this one is good)
better battery life for smart phone. (if battery is not good, then whts the point using any smart phone.)

UI is not tht easy like nokia or other phone
In addition, Comes with additional accessories like hard cover w/belt clip, head phone w/multiple ear cusion.

If you want a phone that really does everything with no hassle then go for the BB 9700, software is stable and its a very durable device.

Iphone 3gs sound quality much crisper & e-mailing pretty easy2 set up & fast but not in same league as blackberry...for what u want go iphone but battery life is SHOCKING, dies within 4/5 hours heavy usage. Try the Xperia or HTC Nexus one/Desire instead...

I am deliberating about getting the BlackBerry Bold 9700 or the iphone 3GS. I'm in the media industry and need the phone to act as recording device (photos/video/record sound) but also want the benefit of email/internet. Apparently the Blackberry is more economical when it comes to email usage/internet browsing. So my concern with the iphone is that it may be economically restrictive because it doesn't offer the same benefits. On the other hand are the multi-media functions of the BlackBerry sufficient for my purposes?
