It is an emailing and messaging business tool. Apart from that the phone is well built but otherwise average. The camera is rubbish, and the GPS is average. I only bought this phone because I need reliable email, but the key pad is too small. Get the 9000 if you text a lot. BBM is useful.

Hi Can anyone help on the password keeper application in the bold 9700 as I forgot the password and can not access it anymore. Is there any way to reset it so that I will be able to use it back again

i've been using nokia phone all my life. the best nokia phones like, n95 8gb, e90, n86 8mp and n97.
but to tell u this, i wish i switch to blackberry since before. this is really a phone with superb capabilities. the camera is nice same as the audio quality. the push email was very convenient and the real time chatting which is also useful but u will ONLY enjoy this premium service with a subscription in the BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS).

This is the best Blackberry I have ever used & its the fastest! Personally I'd prefer a better camera as I print pictures quite often but you can't have it all i guess.
