Had it for a week now. Already froze on me once. Bbm already requires an update eventhough its the latest version. The browser is most disappointing. Bb should be embarassed to release it with that bowser, its slow, unintuitive, impractical and just bad. I see no reason to get this bb if the one you already have works fine or especially if you have something with better internet, like the iphone or just about any sony, nokia or samsung phone with wifi.

This is a great phone but would be better if you have the UMA feature capability

Anonymous, 25 Nov 2009just 65k color wow just compare to milestone Yup, only 65k colors,but you can compare it with nokia's 16m colors. You will see what this 65k colors can do.

Hi everyone,
I'm really confused last days! I can't decide which one to buy: NOKIA E72 or Bold 9700?!!
Is the BB Bold 9700 Rich in Multimedia aspect like Nokia E72...so I mean in music player...video player...web browsing...how does camera perform (even E72 has better cam)...
and one MAJOR POINT: Can I SEND & RECIEVE Photos,music,videos via "BLUETOOTH" just like in any Nokia phone. I'm sufferin for this option because in my iPhone 3G as U all know there is no option for Bluetooth Sending! :(

Hi all BB expert. I just got my BB 9700, i couldn't activate to my company server to use email...etc. I called my company IT to help me out! But it seemed to be helpless. All they just gave me the PassWord and i ran the setup Wizzard to the finish and the error message showed with failed to connect!!! any idea, commend. Thanks in advance PP.

By far the best BlackBerry so far. Used the iPhone, but the novelty factor wears off very quickly. Will now get an iPod touch to compensate for the loss of the iPhone.
For emails and communication though, the BlackBerry rules! RIM is simply God's gift to Canada and the world!

pin, 23 Nov 2009i checked with m1, they will only be bringing it in during ... moreoh. so i got to wait till it is released next year.
will be looking for singtel or starhub dates.

I love that they made it smaller! I wasnt to happy with the size of the 9000. truth of the matter is that if they didnt shrink it i wouldve definetly went for the curve. Its a great piece of machinary!

i just got the phone.. love it .. no fring for it or joikuspot... as you can tell im a symbian user. So was typing and the B button doesnt work well so returning it for another... other then that get is as a work phone its hot.
