But after 5 months of using, ... moreI have a Storm and it gave me the same response when I tried opening the camera it said cannot open camera please close other applications and try again or something like that. I took it to the phone shop and luckily I had an old Storm so I replaced the camera from the old one as it was actually needing a camera. So whenever the camera goes bad it says that. So its a hardware prob.

The best phone i have so far. But after 5 months of using, the camera stops working. I got this message when trying to use the camera. "Could not start the camera. Close other applications and try opening the camera again." I tried to reset/reboot the phone and even re-installing/upgrading OS, but still no luck. Anybody know how to deal with this issue? Is it a software or hardware issue? =(

ozzyg, 10 Sep 2012One of the worst ones you can get! typing is horrible, navi... morethe most stupid comment that could have been made about such a phone. the keypad i the best to type , dun like it , buy touchscreen . navigation, browsing and downloading of apps is easy as anything. it's a cell phone that's made for a typical working class, u like games and all the social stuff , go for Android, Blackberry has it's own standards and those who keep even it's oldest phones know that !

Yahaaaaaaaani, 10 Sep 2012I dont know if i will buy the bb bold 9700 or the samsung g... morei think u shld go for bold 9700 coz it has BBM which allow u to connect wif ur friends whoever use blackberry mobile.. :) samsung ace ? the camera is not very clear although it has 5Mp if compare to bb.

Hey all. I'm using a Torch 9800 but also have the Bold 9700. Want to know whether I can upgrade to OS7 on both the phones? O yeah, and I prefer my Bold over the Torch!
