I need help, I recently installed os6 on my 9700 bold and it quite takes up a lot of memory. If I totally reboot it, there is more app memory left and more "now" memory. But it seems that this memory decreases the more I use it, but then when I restart it the whole process begins over. The os itself keeps increasing in size and when I restart it begins over...again! Can anyone help me? In anyway possible to keep os size stable? Help will be appreciated, thank you!

Gareth, 18 Jun 2012Hie how do I reset my handset?I want to clear everything &a... moreITS BEST TO BACK UP YOUR DATA USING THE BLACKBERRY DESKTOP SOFTWARE>>>>>
SO to Options then to Security Then to Security Wipe and then it'll ask you to choose the data to u want to remove
NB>> REMOVE YOUR MICROSD Memory card because you might accidentally wipe it as well>
The last line requires u to type "blackberry"
Do this and then it'll prompt for confirmation...
It'll go whit screen (DONT WORRY) then you will see it in the process...
As soon as it is done it'll reboot like normal.
