I've had mine for three days now and noticed - have to restart it every now and again. It didn't take me long to figure out that if it takes the smallest bump, it switches off...what's up with that?

This phone is great its the best phone ive ever had its good in every thing you can think of its one of the best phones ive ever used in my whole life i will rate it a 10/10 :)

athnamas, 24 Nov 2010hi.. just wanna ask. im using e72 right now and planning to... morei used my bold 9700 for 4days without charging the battery and i used to play music too. i can say bold 9700 got the wise battery. i dont know if the 9780 got the same....grab the bold 9700 for you.

i will be swaping my 4 month old e72 for this phone. BB has the better keyboard, functional OS, good performance and a very good keyboard. BB services in my country also has decreased in price and now just about everyone i know has a BB. so im looking forward to get one of this. hello seamless emails and ultimately to finally BBM with my friends.

my BB9700 reception is very bad most of the time. Nut im sure that it is not because of my maxis line. Kindly pls update me on this.

blackberry after service terrible they will find an excuse not to repair phones under warranty

excellent phone, superb battery 2-2 1/2 days of normal to heavy usage, image quality very good. i rate this phone 9.5 out of 10.

I have a BB9700, used to snap photos and use video camera, then all of a sudden unable to record video, it says "to record a video, insert a Media card" please help
