I have blackberry_bold3.but when ever i want to check my credit or loads credit it doe'st work..only what i see is 'dail'..pls you guys should do something about it..before 1 load credit i must remove my sim_card and put it to another phone then load card..pls you guys should do something about it pl.s

hi homies, i jxt bought my blackberry bold 3. i wanted to check my account balance,so i dialled*556#, bt to my surprise all i could here is.... the number i dialled does not exist please check the number and try again later.....please wat can i do, i can't check my account balance..HELP ME

blackberry sucks, you should buy a better phone eg. samsung, nokia....
