Using this phone over 3G to browse the internet or do video streaming can result in shorter life. What you should do is to ensure that you change your phone to 2G only when you aren't using it. Another thing I noticed is that there are crazy apps that drain battery quickly so I think you should also consider doing a complete restore that will wipe all apps you've downloaded. Just Type "wipe" in the home screen and choose 1 result that come other settings. If your battery doesn't improve return the phone to your dealer for replacement. Thanks

Hi All
Just bought the BB 9780 and so far no problem at all. Got the internet bundle and wifi connection is great.Using it with moderation the battery lasted 3 days. All the apps on board are great.Go for it if you are still hesitating.

But I have a friend who has a BB9360 and he was not impressed with the battery performance of his phone. Camera and Battery performance of BB9780 is better than BB9360. I have no problems so far with my BB9780. :-)
