i buy new bb9790. in five days use that bb, the touch screen error... the screen is move without touching. hmmm...very sad...

I been using it for over a year now, the battery life is horrible. In the beginning, it barely lasted a day. Now it doesn't even go past 12 hours. Plus there is the random restarts every now and then.

I did an upgrade and i cant see the 2g network tab again. i only have 3g and 2g/3g tab in my network menu.My phone now is mostly on 3g which drains battery. i would like to be able to select 2g manually. Which os version can i move to or what can i do that will return the 2g network tab please. i have tried upgrading to some versions but i couldnt get the tab back.

worst phone ive ever had. over heats constantly. resets its self constantly and cant even last 6 hours without dying. great to look at but hardly practical at all.

My BlackBerry Bold 9790 can't read my SIM card. When I'm making a call, it always appear that there is no service available and I can't even receive any text messages. What am I gonna do? Please answer me ASAP! Thanks!

I like d phone very well an I just buy d phone but I dis like 2 thing d loudness and memory all d rest is in good other.

Best Blackberry ever but battery back could have been better and very very very much expensive.
That's the only claws i found in this phone...
I wants to know only one thing that can we upgrade BB OS 7 to BB OS 10.

Touch sensitivity totally becomes inactive in my bold 5 automatically. This is regained only by removing the battery. I just hate this. This happens 2-3 times in one day. Please anyone tell me any solution for this or atleast how I can regain the touch without removing the battery and restarting the phone.

Here is its description.
Too bad selection for this price tag.
Except the camera, everything are worst.
Software hangs often even when we use the touch screen for scrolling music.
Too hard to find free apps
Touch screen often not active at lover side corners.
Wifi and GSM often gets disconnected even on operators coverage
OS is not a good one. Oven chinese $20 phones have better user friendly OS.
Key pad is hard to type. Nokia phones of similar shape have better key pads
I strongly suggest android or apple ios or even nokia symbian s60 phones.

Hello Friends..
I want to know which phone is nice, BB 9780 or BB 9790?
Which one is better as i want to buy any one of them...
Daily I do around 250 txts, 1 hour on call and 2 hours Music and no wifi usage ...
If I ll use it like this, how much time its battery will last...? (how many hours to be exact)
And 2ndly, I have heard that it's LOCK button does nt work properly in a few time and then it does nt work totally.. is it so?
Kindly, plz some experience person answer both both questions, who has the confirm knowledge.. please..

Please could you update this site where we can activate blackberry services in different countries and create an office for such help. Black berry is a good phone after activating it services. Possible below $ 50. And where we can black berry phones both used and news. Otherwise in Uganda it is difficult to buy a BB mobile, whether new or old. Unless you got it from a friend.

If not then i strongly suggest stay on the android or any other device. The only good thing about blackberry phone is their blackberry messenger, other...suck..
