Hardware wise its a winner, its fast, its got a touchscreen and an awesome keyboard, although the one area in which is lacks is battery life. If you need the phone for a complete day (8 hour workday) the battery should be sufficient, but, you probably want to carry the charger around with it if you are a heavy user. Do I recommend it? Of course, but if you need some more kick out of your messaging device, you should instead opt for the Blackberry Bold 9900/9930.

i think 9790 is better than 9780

Apparently, I am not able to watch Youtube videos since a few days ago. Not sure what happened, but same thing was experienced on my colleague's same model phone.
The older version without the touch-screen still supports Youtube.

Ok guys can i know some information generally about this phone ?
I'm currently using a iphone 3g and a nokia E71.nokia gives me battery life of two days with 3g on and 2-3hours calling and around 50 messeges. And i'm using e iphone for browsinh only. I love this bb 9790 design and hope to buy it. My question is is it worth to buy this phone ? Or should we wait till bb os 10 out i heard that it will support android aplications in bb.

The phone is actually quite good. Battery life not bad.
HUGE issue though, is the volume. Not bad on music, but I have mine on loud profile and I seldom hear calls and alerts.
Anyone have a solution?
