i got some problem to get outgoing calls whenever i am going to call someone i found only that
identity restuction not subscribed .Turn feature off and try again........

I am using the Blackberry 9790 which I last used in 2014. I need to set it up to download e-mails. I have taken this to your representative at MTN Summit Road, Sandton Johannesburg and he seems unable to assist in that when my e-mail address (jcheney@global.co.za) and my password is inserted it appears that this is not accepted.
I am with MWeb - is there anything you can do to help ??

Use a Thick paper and fix your battery correctly and one more thing your battery must be 25% and above.

The fone is cool. I am still using it at present. But, the volume is not loud compared to bold 5. Nevertheless, it is just cool and superb!
