I also have the bb9900 after much tense harsh time with o2 they replacemd my bb9780 with the 9900 with a price difference, it has a very poor battery life, drains in minutes e.g. 17:42 battery was 95% att 23:42 it was 70% all i used was bbm ..........also keeps loosing reception.call failed, call denied searching for network sos

BB must look samsung anderoid phones and do lot of changes, othee wise like nokia... BB will customers soon... 9900 NO BIG IMPROVEMENTS BUT PRICED HIGH...

What's the use of so many features if u can't use them for saving the battery. Battery life is pathetic for a business phone & it's even lesser than a decent laptop. Talktime is quite pathetic & the battery does'nt even lasts for 17-20 hrs with moderate usage on a complete charge!

i bought a Bold touch a week after it was released here in South Africa, it is an amazing phone the touch screen is great, the video quality looks HD and the phone is very fast and reactive. the only downside... battery life is shocking and no voice guided GPS.

Its a phone not a camera so i dont know why people are complaining about that buy as slr if u want a camera!

It has been 20 days since I got ma new bold 9900 , nd till date ive already replaced it 4 time for the same fault in each 1... Quite very disappointed with RIM for this fault.

Poor battery considering the screen resolution of this phone. The whole purpose of the phone is for Internet service like BBM and Email which obviously drains the battery. so RIM should have had 1500 mAh battery at least.
