i just bought this phone about 2 months ago. but today, i've change the device for 4 devices for my replacement device and what make it terrible, all 4 devices are manufacturing defect. so frustrated.

Undoubtedly the WORST Black Berry I have ever used! This phone has so many problems, they are too numerous to list. But a few that come to mind...frequently... the phone will randomly insert a period in the middle of typing important, business emails. Before you realize it, there are random breaks in paragraphs. This happens on my boss's phone as well...same make. Other times, I will be typing a lengthy email when all of a sudden it just freezes, shuts down completely, and then you have to reboot. It doesn't matter if you're typing an email or a text message, it just suddenly shuts down! The back is loose so if I don't have my cover on it, the back cover may suddenly drop off. Shall I go on? I am soooo desperate to be rid of this phone which is a shame because I am not looking forward to paying another exorbitant amount for a new phone when this one has just turned a year old. It didn't even last 3 months before the problems began. I didn't bother to exchange it because my boss has exchanged 5 phones in 18 months!! It's not worth the time to sync everything to the new phone only for it too to die!

so I've been using this phone for 2 months now and it worked fine in the first month but then it started lagging and giving me error messages and the app world its much good either and i cant seem to set my Email address for some reason so my advice to you is to not buy this phone there are many phones with a lower price that can do much better

Kindly thanks for all persons give me advice , i bought BlackBerry 9900 last day and i feel it comfort with my requirement as Electrical Engineer.
sure there is some weak points in it but it still looking smart and comfort.

The spinning black clock appears randomly while using the phone & also after everytime you launch google maps.. RIM doesn't know or can't fix this issue..
