I don't just like the phone ....I regret ever buying it.....the BB9900.is not good at all...I prefer BB9780...frankly speaking...I regret ever disopposing my BB9780.....Nig\IMO

Too small screen !!! I've switched from Torch 9800 and it's really annonying to have such great phone with such small screen. My eyes got hurt in a few minutes.

The BIGGEST piece of crap Blackberry have made. I am so disappointed... Battery doesn't last long (Yes, I have turned 3G and location services off and have made my screen resolution to the lowest, 10%) and it drops signal time and again for NO reason. Even drops calls. My 9780 does not do it?

I think the phone doesnt switch from head phone mode to ear piece once you remove the wires. Rim should look into this. However, you can upgrade to 7.1 which might iorn out this isue.

I have a blackberry 9900 and been using for a month now. I switched it off at night when i was about to sleep, woke up in the morning to switch it on but it didn't come up. It only shows the Red light beeping at the indicator. Please what can i do.

I bought this phone when it first came out in UK and was amazing, im a huge bb fan, and this was perfect, the touch screen was very responsive and easy to use. But less that 6 months on i have deserted this phone, as amazing as it is, the battery is horrible on this phone, ive had to change it over 4 times in less than a month, tried getting phone repaired and was told nothing wrong with it, but battery is poor. It overheats upon charging, even with the charge changed and new battery. I am a great bb fan, but this phone had lead me to leave my fav brand to the motorola atrix 2. Much better to be honest as doubtful as i was, it being Motorola and all, but very pleased and battery life you will be surprised to know is much better. My advice, unless u dont plan on using this phone for any data, social (facebook, twitter etc..), media etc.. Dont get your hopes up, as a phone it thrives but anything else, because of the battery dont get your hopes up. UK-US

I've had this phone for 5 months and its already stopped working, all of a sudden it just wont turn on.. and when you go to reboot it, it only loads so far then says there is an error? anyone else with this problem?

Recently purchased great phone but when using headset for extended period audio chips out cant hear or be heardon phone calls even when headset is removed, phone needs reset before going back to normal expected operation.
Is it a hardware or software defect?

I started with blackberry bold 9000 and upgraded to 9870 and then to 9800 and now I am using this phone for past 4 months. Battery is always a problem with all blackberry's. Apart from the battery this phone is the best blackberry I have had my hands on. Keyboard is feather soft. Touch is very responsive. It's slim and very very fast in response. After the update it even has mobile hotspot! Only thing makes me to keep Another phone is the front camera for Skype calls.
