1. Open Contacts.
2. Swipe down from the top of the screen and tap Settings.
3. Under the SIM Card heading, tap the Import Contacts from SIM Card button.
Once completed, an Import Complete message will be displayed and the latest import date and time will be displayed below the button.

I have today received my new Classic after having paid AUD 1600 for an utterly overpriced and user unfriendly Iphone 7 a few weeks ago. The classic does everything the iphone can do only in a far more user friendly way. The classic cost me a quarter of the iphone cost and having Blackberrys for many years I regret ever having been persuaded by friends to switch to Apple. All I can say is if you ever used Blackberry Bold or any other model just upgrade to a 4G capable blackberry and give Apple I-Phone7 a big thumbs down.

I am sure I had a recorded greeting for incoming calls on my BB Classic that I could not answer. Somehow that facility has disappeared and I cannot find anything that tells me how I can record a greeting for incoming calls.

1. On the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap Settings > Security and Privacy > Application Permissions.
3. Choose an app and tap the switch to TURN ON permission for Run When Minimized.
4. Restart your phone.
You can install Google Play Services on your BB10 OS, or you can go on m.youtube.com via web browser.

1. How do i set app running in the background? I have install line android and whatsapp android but when i close the app the messenge didn't in... I need to open the apps so that the message to get in... So how make it running in background???

Cause - 0015 / 0016 / 0017 = A fatal file system error was encountered.
Resolution - Download and install the latest version of BlackBerry Link http://www.blackberry.com/blackberrylink on your computer, then connect your device and reload your device software.
If your device cannot be reloaded or displays the same symptoms after the reload has been completed, bring the device to your place of purchase for service.
