Does your WiFi network has some restrictions? Maybe you have some apps that are trying to update and they are consuming all your BlackBerry resources. Maybe you have some apps are stucked in phone's cache memory. Try a restart or even a hard reset.

ON TOP OF THAT BLACKBERRY PHONES ARE MADE FOR BUSINESS PEOPLE.... FUNNY PHONE... no productivity for business people... for the basic NEEDS we can't trust third party apps and third party apps won't work properly in blackberry 10 phones. for day to day activities we can't trust third party apps in blackberry 10 phones.... If you are a blackberry user, the automatic assumption is that you are a has-been tech idiot. When it comes to computers and tablets, I am a Mac guy. My company provides me with an iPhone 5s. So when I say I chose a Blackberry as a personal phone, I made an educated choice. My previous phone was a Q10. So I was somewhat disappointed with the 'specs' of the Classic. But I chose it anyway, and I have no regrets. BB10.3 runs circles around IOS. It is so much more intuitive. Emailing, messaging, sharing - so superior to anything out there. The keyboard is fantastic. I do fine typing on glass. But I don't want to. This is why, in my opinion, iphone typers are so brief and unexpressive. LOL. OMG... I'm an English major (and a pilot). The physical keyboard is more natural and frees expression. As a business user, this fact alone would win me over to Blackberry. Now further on this subject, spell correction, auto correct, etc, is simply atrocious on IOS. I can't believe how bad it is without complaint or comment. Blackberry gets it right, and is never too intrusive. These are really the primary reasons I have chosen Blackberry for a phone. At the risk of sounding arrogant, I believe it is the phone for smart people. Now on to the 'toolbelt'. To my surprise I am finding the back button to be very useful. Likewise the end call button. To m surprise, I'm using the trackpad less than I expected. Cursor placement is much improved with BlackBerry 10.3, and actually easier by touch. The browser is fast enough. I don't see an improvement with my iphone 5s. In fact the Blackberry seems to have better reception, so which one is really faster? The Classic is fast. I upgraded from a Q10. I considered the Passport, which in terms of specs and innovation would have been a real upgrade. But I didn't want a device that big. The Classic IS an upgrade. 10.3 is great. The screen size is great. (And iPhone users, when you type or work on a document (unlikely), how big is the portion of your screen displaying your text? It's smaller than the Classic, and the Q10...) Hardware: the iPhone is beautiful, especially iPhone 6. But the Classic is a wonderful piece of hardware. It's heavy in a good way. It's built like a tank, and the iPhone looks so fragile in comparison. The Classic feels good in your hands. It looks sophisticated. It looks Classic. I love it as a piece of hardware. I love Mac computers. The iPad Mini is fantastic. But I don't want an even smaller one in my pocket. For that role it's Blackberry for me. No tech reviewer will ever get it.

Blackberry 10 handsets do not lack or miss applications as one would put it. The upgrade to OS 10.3 has boosted the Blackberry 10 smartphones in a lot of ways. The Amazon apps has a lot of applications you can download to your Blackberry 10 the same way the Android conzumer has those applicationz. Blackberry fanz out there do not panic, your Blackberries 10 handsets are now more funnier than the Android handsets. Yours just look after your handsets and pour enough Data bundles
