If the device shows no OTA update form provider, try forums for OS_10_3_1_2072, this version is very stable and radio software part is very well done. I have no issues so far. Install should be clean. Backup your contacts and files but do not restore from BB Link. Just copy paste them back when update is done.

It has the same components as the two year old Q10, and they were mid-range when that phone released.
Same old hardware, same mediocre camera, same awkward screen ratio/resolution just a little bit bigger.
Build quality is like a toy, it feels so cheap on the backside. Where is the premium feel glass weave back?
Plastic camera lens cover will get easily scratched unlike the glass lens on Nexus 5 and iPhones. Plastic "toolbelt" and trackpad get scratches galore after a few days use.
Please, stay away from this cheap phone with recycled old components.
Blackberry 10 software is AMAZING, but you will get the same experience on a Q10, Z10, or even Q5 for $100 - $150 instead of getting ripped off with this $500 atrocity!

After two years I noticed my relationship with Android went sour. To many apps that would not work jointly. My Samsung Galaxy was also too slow, kept on asking me what app to use after clicking a link. Battery went flat after less than a day, so I needed a spare battery, which also flattened quickly. Nothing safe with Galaxy either. VPN only starts after all other apps visited the internet. Like putting protection on after having intimate moments.
I thus decided to return to BB. I now have used the Classic for a week, and I am very, very, very happy.
Everything works seamless, the email, calendar, contact functionality is sublime. The Hub is really neat - it collects mail from about 10 accounts form me - but no clutter.
Other things I like:
1) VPN is automatic.
2) Predictive text is ass it should be, it even thinks about the next word you will type.
3) I can connect the Classic via wifi via a samba-link protocol, which works fine with my linux desktop.
4) Passwords can be imported into the BB keeper, which is safer than any commercial password manager out there.
5) The browser has a neat reader mode that makes a page easy to read.
6) Battery lasts more than a day!

I have a BlackBerry Classic since Dec 27, 2014
Because our network used Kerio not Microsoft we can not get the e-mail working properly.
We are able to send e-mail but not to received them.
In our office we have over 75 cells including 6 BlackBerry Model 9300 , Bold etc all working well. It has been like that for over five years
BlackBerry Classic does not work.It stranged...
Some people say if we combine Kerio and Gmail we could do a set up. Very complexe.
I will have to use old technology or find another provider.
I like my BlackBerry Classic but.........

Great phone for business emails and awesome physical keyboard which no virtual keyboard can substitute. Best phone for high load of emailing.
