Worst model of the blackberry range trust me extremely disappointed and upset ,future customers please stay away from this model.that's just some friendly advice waste of time and money rip off, don't get me wrong I don't know about the other models in the blackberry range cos i never owned oda models so I can tell u abt 9300. This phone has a connection issue very faulty products should be off the market and build up oda models in the same price range. Future customers rather go for the 9320 much better and faster.

Anonymous, 11 Jun 2013How can I upgrade to os6 Connect the phone to PC/Notebook, download BB phone software from BB website, the BB software have a OS update function. (Remember that your internal memory will reduced significantly as the OS6 consume more memory, prepare to sacrifice some of the useless apps to make space). Good luck !

jagadeesh, 06 Jun 2013All are ok with but any parts get damaged then ?The most easiest part of this phone getting wear off is the track pad & the rubber edge which ribbed of after a year or 2, eventually button like volume rocker, dedicated camera button, fuction button become exposed, I end up having to use pen tips to activate the button, particularly the volume rocker, hate it, but getting a new phone soon once the contact end next week, no more BlackBerry for sure.

Been rocking this phone since Jan 2011. Absolutely rock solid. The performance was great even after upgrading to OS6. I dropped this several times but it never failed me.

Crap , 21 May 2013To many faults and lack in features to mention.I would say ... moreThis is a 2-3 years phone, surely one can't expect it to perform like today phone, the only complain i have on this phone is the rubber edge which easily rip off, other than that BB phone is know to have very little apps & features, so no point comparing it with Android, IOS or even WP phone.

To many faults and lack in features to mention.I would say worst blackberry model in my experience what a waste of money crap device.. Very disheartened I mean extremely...customers wanna by this model please don't cos it gives you endless problems and also lack in features..

I got this phone for my birthday last year and its the first smartphone I have ever used. I've used it for over a year now and the only problem I have with it is that it constantly hangs when I switch to 3G or am loading the browser. Other than that, its pretty neat. It hasn't started peeling off yet cos I use a soft outer casing for it (prefer it that way). Its pretty decent for a phone (I'm not picky when it comes to phones) and will continue using it until it busts or something. The QWERTY keypad is an added bonus as I am not a fan of touchscreen phones!
