DO NOT UPGRADE YOUR SOFTWARE
after i upgraded the OS to version 6, my phone began to slow down immensely.
right it is at a point where the entire freezes until you reset the battery. also the general speed of any form of operations has slowed down.
whats the point in a newer OS when you cant use it properly?

I need your... moreyou can use the desktop manager. you will find the "app management" and there you can update your software. alternatively, you can download/install a "device software" from RIM website (search "9300 (carrier) OS 6") and install to computer, then install to device. i recommend desktop software 5 since it is fast and easier to use than 6.
