Hi guys.i just want a help from u guys about the wifi in my phone.from my phone the wifi connects but the connection is never successfull.in the menu for managing connections it never shows a green tick also.so if anyone could help me please do......

I have blackberry curve 3g 9300 on t mobile pay as you go.
I have just started using the phone and it ate through £1 in a day without doing anything like texting or voice calls.
Can anyone tell me what to set on the phone to stop this ie am i running apps which can be turned off which access the internet like android phones do when your doing nothing with the phone? I do not have a data plan as i only intend using the phone for voice calls, and Internet (via wifi) for facebok. I dont intend using blackberry email. I do have a new sim which will give me 6 months free blackberry internet and email service but dont wish to pay for blackberry internet or email services after that period.
Hope you can help. All help gratefully welcomed.

jinto, 22 Sep 2011i too brought one BB curve 9300...bt i dnt knw hw 2 transfe... morecontacts are related to the SIM. All you need to do is replace the sim in your old cell copy the contacts to the SIM and then place it in your BB thats it
