i just bought this phone but i'm a little disappointed because i can't go to BlackBerry world app with the WiFi only with a data plan but if this doesn't affect you much the 9300 is a good phone

i have used this phone for 6 months.it has no problem.its trackpad are working properly.it has a very good sound etc....

I'm also having trackpad problem which the cursor moves on its own. It is very very very annoying especially when you have written a very long message and your cursor moves up and everything is deleted!
This phone is a good and comfortable to use but the fact of it having web pages problem and trackpad problems makes it a bad and hopeless phone to use!

i hav used this phone for 4 months only & started getting problem of track pad. Service center person is saying that this phone cannot be repaired & for replacement i need to pay 75-80 % of purchase amount.
I hav used it very carefully.very bad experience from BB group...........

this is the best phone ever!! i bought mine from vodafone and it was fabulous. ive had no problems, but if anything went wrong ive got insurance so id get it back free. id give this 5 OUT OF 5!!!

Great phone, OS6 looks good. Web Browser no so good, use Opera instead. 4 stars out of 5.

why is the battery life so bad on the bb9300??? now my phone is even worse after the upgrade to OS6.

I have had my phone sent in for repairs and replaced with a refurbished phone ever since then (June 2011) i have had 2 refurbised phones and 2 new ones as every time i was on the internet some sites kept on showing that memory too low close tabs even though no other applications were open. There was then another message stating that this page is too large to load and it closes the web and i have to start all over again. No one seems to be able to rectify my problems or concerns. Has any one else had a similar experience as i mtried other 9300 and no problem like mine.

But just to clarify, you have written to upgrade it to OS6, but I have asked to check whether I can downgrade it to OS 5, as I am already in OS 6 and facing the battery issue, or I think it is a typing error. Please kindly advice.

well this is the worst Blackberry ever No thanks to Rogers. My 17yr old son paid 500.00 out of Christmas and Bday money and after 7 months the part inside the phone that charges pushed in and when we sent it in to get fixed it was three weeks later and I got a call telling me it was not covered under the Warranty so we had to pay 75.00 to repair it. I said okay and I thought that was it. I get a call telling me my phone is ready a week later only to go in and for them to tell me that they charged me 36.00 to look at it and that it can not be fixed at all. So stay away from this product.. PLEASE

Well I hv been using curve for nearly 6months..*s ppl said Os6 upgrade is the best..I agree to it..it doesn't drain ur battery..also u can hv an easy access to facebook and many chat clients..email acct setup is very simple..no probs..lots of fantastic apps and themes available in App world..this is a true multi-tasking phone.. Bcos I always use it a lot..love u RIM for such an excellent phone...
