After reading to all ur opinions of 8 pages, i have come to the conclusion that the major problem for 9300 are:
1. Battery life
2. Setting up email
3. Problems arising after upgrading it to OS 6
(Add more if i am wrong)
So even after knowing this,can i stil buy this cell as mine major usage is of Internet...
Please let me know ur valuable opinions... & is there anything else which any1 would like to suggest me on why to buy this phone..

Just got mine 2hours Ago
AK How can i copy media files to my BB9300 from my desktop? I seem to be having challenge copying. Each time i try copying, i get an error message on my phone that the media card has errors and i need to repair.
Get Yourself A Memory Card Reader & dont Use the usb cable.

I love this phone. I was abit worried about the battery life as I had seen some bad reviews but so far it has been fantastic, I still have 60% at the end of the day and also charge my phone at night anyway. All the feature are so quick and easy to use. Better than any of my crappy android phones will never go back to normal phones. Very happy with this phone. But will probably upgrade to bold when I get my new contract, even tho can't imagine it being better than this

Great phone, rock solid and stabile, typical blackberry. Only downside is the battery life which lasts 2 days if you are a power user, or 3 days limited use.Lack of Skype for blackberry is another issue I would like to mention.

max, 21 Aug 2011hey frenz, how can i upgrade os5 to os6 in this phone? plz ... moreu just have to install blackberry desktop software to your PC. and then, u just have to connect your BB to your PC.. BB desktop software automatically suggest for new OS when u connect your PC to the internet...

Personally it's better not to change the OS as it taken in a lot of space and speed also reduces. Hope this helps.....

Competitors of BB Curve 3G 9300: HTC ChaCha & Nokia E5
Comparing all the three, BB curve 3G Stands out, not only by the specifications but also by its performance...
I agree that battery backup run out fast comparing to Nokia E5 but BB Curve 3G doesn't hang often when its phone memory is in its maximum. Nokia E5 hangs often when its phone memory is full.
I found many people asking about pdf viewer in BB Curve 3G. Its available in the BB Apps world. Go for it.
HTC chacha is just the twin of BB curve 3G, with touch screen. Chacha is mainly designed for Facebook. Security standard of BB is strong compared to chacha.

Nokia E5 - Symbian OS v9.3

lok, 12 Aug 2011Dear All, I need a bit of advice. I have a battery prob... moreDefinitely...upgrade to os6 and it should solve your problem of battery life. Remember it will eat your application memory in half. But its worth it,,, instead of charging your phone every 6 hours.
