I love this device. The organiser, the qwerty keyboard, e-mail on the go. It fits really well in the palm of your hand.

i would like to know however, if there's a way to put a password on folders that are created on the device

i simply cant understand some peoples quibbles with this phone........like eeeeer why hasnt it go wifi?? simple why do you need wifi if youv got a bis unlimited plan and if you havent got a bis plan why have you got a blackberry ??
and eeer why hasnt it got 3g...again do you realy need to get that email 5 secons quicker ??? this is a wonderus piece of modern technology far surpassing many other smart phones out there simply for its practicality and affordability simply because its not loaded up with things it doesnt need ie wifi and 3g...if the capabilitys of this phone arnt for you then look elswhere you want 3g and wifi get the n95 and fall back to your blackberry whilst thats in for repair !!!!!! which will be often

                      blackberry is the way foreward

I just got the blackberry phone and love it.. But i can't figure out if this phone records videos.. Does anyone know?
I used to have the Motorola A1200 and that phone recorded and played videos.. It was a nice feature. :) So if anyone knows if the blackberry has video, let me know.
Also, can anyone tell me how to use IM on the blackberry? (Like AIM)

Please do not buy this phone. I am afraid this will become the new Razr. Everyone will have them.

My comments on Blackberry Curve 8300 are very much positive, since 1996 I have changed hundreds of mobile phone sets like Nokia, Samsung and SE and used one Motorola only which was Razor. Other all phones were highest priced and good quality, when Mobilink launched Blackberry in Pakistanwith affordable price I have decided to go only for Blackberry and I purchased BB 8800 on
4th July 2007 and then BB 8300 Curve on 11 August.

I am very happy with the services of Mobilink Pakistan on BB and performance of Curve 8300. There is no complaint about Mobilink, the services is really remarkable in Pakistan, the fastest communication service of the country.

But I would like to ask all of you to kindly help me to find out a Holster with Swivel Clip in Black Color for my BB 8300 Curve.
Kindly send me your Bank Account Number with other details so I may send you the money for Swivel Clip Black Holster for 8300 Curve.

This Holster is not available in Pakistan and online shopping site the country Pakistan can not be selected.

Please help me in this regard when I purchased my BB 8300 Curve the pouch I received was very simple, No swivel clip, no flip cover, I didnt like this pouch, I can not clip this with my Belt.

My frineds I have sent emails to RIM, BB Shop and all others and there is no answer, no help, nothing,

Can any one send it to me via DHL or Fedex, Kindly bhelp me, if you are ready to help me kindly send me your details so I may arrange payment if you need in advance.

                            Waiting for your reply at;

                            ghayyur@mobilink.blackberry.com

Thank you very much in advance, if any one is planning to buy a business phone, the Black Berry 8300 Curve is the most favorite and intelligent choice.

                            God bless all of you

I think RIM should be called Research In slow Motion...no wifi,no HSDPA..isnt it suppose to be a business phone...i know that in terms of email, it is unparrelled but everybody deserve better especially when other brands are offering more....i personally was thinking of shifting to the curve but i think will have to wait....pity RIM.
