can u please help me?
when my friends try and send me MMS.
I dont recieved them. at all. and i can not send MMS
i cant send pictute messages and i cant recieve picture messages. is their a setting wer i could go to fix this.
& also can i upgrade my software on my blackberry and get better features?
please write back. i need help on this one.

And most tim... moreYes u can, the latest os is 4.5.0.182, u can set the message to stop automatic deleted by go to message/bbmenu/generalsetting but keep in mind that blackberry 8310 only have 64Mb app memory (internal memory) that most of it already occupied by the os it self, around 80% or so, that leaves u only 15-20Mb. And if memory goes under 10Mb its will slowed up the device and deleted some of the messages eg. Email, sms.
GPS:
U need another 3rd app to use gps, like the blackberry maps or the google earth, after you install it, go out side and make sure u have the clear skies, open the blackberry maps or google earth and press bb menu and select find location and select my location its took 2-4mnt to fire up the GPS and connected to the satelite.
Data Plan:
FYI blackberry do all things using internet, eg. Email, browser, gps, even update time using internet, and the blackberry using RIM apn to connect to internet it called BIS (Blackberry Internet Service) its using data plan that provide by your carrier, u have to pay for it monthly or daily. So consult with your carrier berfore activated the BIS, otherwise u will not connected to the internet and/or blow up your monthly billing.

I don't see the browser icon in my curve 8310. it was unlocked phone where we can use any service providers sim. currently i am using aircel network prepaid . And how can i get the service provider book entries..

go to yur menu and see that wifi kinda looking icon. the antana or something. anyways. click on that and click turn on all connections :D
and for ur sound. u basicually have to. fix p your profils for that and edit them and acually put a song and take it off mute and all that. xx

I am encountering a problem regarding the connectivity of my cell with other blue tooth devices even when both are on and in pairing mode. It detects the device but data can neither be sent nor received. An abort message appears "bLUE TOOTH CONNECTION FAILED". Please guide me.
