While using headset i can hear the other person speaking but he can not hear me speaking........whats wrong with the headset or some settings i need to change

Last night I put my phone on the charger and went to sleep. When I awoke the next morning I unplugged it and clicked the ball but all that appeared was a white screen and it stated " JUM ERROR 513 RESET". What do I do?

I just bought an 8310 and had random shut off problems. Anyway, go to the Blackberry Website and download the software version 4.5. I did it today and IT COMES WITH A VIDEO CAMERA. Its working great and my shut off problem is over! NOTE: You have to have the Device Manager Loader also to back up all your files and settings before you do it. Good Luck!
