Absolutely Fantastic device for someone on the move. Emails direct into your portable device. Great for you Facebookers out there as well. Instant chat is great too. More customisation features would be better but still a great phone.

What is the "Screen Width" of Blackberry phones. I'd be interested in knowing same for Blackberry Curve series and Blackberry Bold. Also specify processor specs., RAM, ROM.

This phone is great. Had it for a couple of days now and is by far the best I've ever had. Please note - this is not the phone for anyone who primarily uses their phone for texting, playing games and taking pictures etc. It is a business device. It is designed for business users not gamers. So with that in mind, if you have a genuine interest in getting the 8310, please try to ignore the negative comments from others who moan about 'not enough games', 'can't set up email' (a monkey could do it), 'buttons too small' (you can't have big keys AND and a small phone!). There's no gimmicks here, just a great phone that does what it's supposed to do very well.
It took a short time just to get used to its operation becuase it is quite different to regular mobiles. But when you get going, you start to see how its adapted for the business user and how intuitive the design is.
E-Mail set up is incredibly straight forward. Web browsing is great - nice clear display. Still early days yet but it's looking like the just I need to keep on top of everything.

I'm using an unlocked Blackberry 8310 which my friend brought from the United States. I put in a local SIM provided by Teletalk (a Bangladeshi cell phone company). It works fine. However, I'm confused as to how I'm going to activate the internet service provided by Teletalk. The APN is as provided on the Teletalk website is 'wap' and the IP is '192.168.145.101'. Please help!
