Thought 8350i will support, as it comes with onboard memeory of 128MB. The 64MB onboard memeory on the Curve 8320 will not be able to support or handle the higher versions of OS.

ruddy, 03 Oct 2010if you use a vodaphone ope before you use any operator that... moreRuddy I need some help here, I tried looking up a few online website that say they'd unlock my phone and it seems like my phone has been already unlocked by that website. I tried going to the service center and upgraded my phone but, I still can't use my bbm to chat with friends. Not sure why, the service provider said there's something wrong with my phone.
Is there a way to rectify this problem, and does BB have a universal OS that let's a person use any sim work on bb, unlike the BB that comes under a contract like we see in the US or UK?
I would really appreciate it! Thank for ur help well in advance.

I already solved my problem in video recording, it is just the OS version I have, before I have a 4.2 now I had it upgrade to 4.5. now video recording is already working.
but I still have a question, How can I use my wifi, while there is already an open wifi in the area. what do I have to do? can you explain it in details please. thanks

Sushi, 29 Sep 2010I'm a bit confused over this unlocking of the BB8320, reaso... moreif you use a vodaphone ope before you use any operator that support your BB access, you have to unlock the PIN and IMEI BB to the vodaphone operator, so you can registered the pin and imei you bb to local operator in which country at your place ...
Because 1 bb its only accesed by 1 operator in 1 Pin and 1 Imei, iam sorry you have to unlock it to the vodaphone ... sorry ....

does this BB8320 has video recording? why is it says in the specs, it has. but my fone doest have. it doesnt have an icon for the video on the home screen. but my fone is 8320 not 8310. it is indicated also in the "about" section on the options menu

As we know, it ha... morein order for you to have internet access in any locations, you need to subscribe for a monthly service from your network provider, ask them for a GPRS/WAP internet service but just need to remember that it will cost you a lot specially on heavy browsing. so ask your network provider on their rate per kbps (kilo bytes per second)

Then save changes made. Then it must work.

ruddy, 29 Sep 2010about the flash, when you take a picture and it didnt snap,... moreI'm a bit confused over this unlocking of the BB8320, reason being this baby was a part of the Vodafone deal. My cousin got me this from UK, I tried unlocking the phone and now it works on any sim I want it to work on except the fact that when I turn on the Enterprise service on the phone it doesn't seem to work very well on the GPRS a.K.a BB services very well in India.
Which is a cause of concern cuz, I have got many bb phone in the past unlocked but never face this issue its just the 8320 is being such a P.I.D.A, apparently when I start the phone I still see the Vodafone Logo as d startup screen not sure if that has anything to do with not being able to get connected to the BBM service and my email service.
I would appreciate the help! Thanks again for ur response with a suitable solution.

ruddy, 26 Sep 2010opera mini is a good internet browser Thanks Ruddy! I have some trouble with my BB camera flash it doesn't seem to work when I take snaps I tried checking the setting an opted it to on so, technically the flash should work when i take pic. That doesn't seem to be the case.
Second thing is, is there a way to unlock the phone?
