I've been doing some alot of reading on review for this model. I absolutely agree this phone was rated incorrectly as this has EVERYTHING going for it. From a Business perspective it has the necessary tools to back it up.

The specs speak for itself, wifi, card expansion, great battery life, performance, qwerty keybrd, etc...the list goes on and on. Overall I trully recommend this phone.

I've read over dozen's of reviews from all sorts of websites and this BB trully shines compared to the other BB's on the market.

Just purchased it today on eBay and can't wait till I get it shipped :)

IM a manager for T MOBILE and i will tell u i have literally have had every phone in T mobile. The phones are all ok okay in their own individual way and there are a few i get constant complaints about. The BLACKBERRY CURVE by far is the best phone i think never gives me a problem and all my district managers have it as well by far its the best!!

I'm sure that RIM's #1 priority for their phones are not to make them cute. If you want something to match your purse then go buy a cute little phone. If you value a phones usefulness over it's cuteness then this is a great phone
I have used the 8700, the 8100 pearl and now I have the 8320 curve that I use mostly for business and I absolutley love it! No I am not Rich and yes I do value the almighty dollar but I believe that the price of this phone is justified by it's performance. The Wifi is a great added feature and is probably 3-5 times faster than just using T-Mobiles EDGE. I have had four people that I know of go out and get a Blackberry after they have witnessed how I utilize mine on a daily basis and I would reccomend anyone that has a busy schedule (business or personal)to use this phone or even the pearl.

Could someone plz explain to me why is the 8320 rated at 6 while the 8300 is rated much higher (8.2)? From what can see the 8320 is basically the 8300 with the added benefit of Wifi. Even if th Wifi is slow - it is still only an addition and shouldn't negativelty impact the device in any other way.

I don't buy a phone that does not have a high rating at GSM arena so I'd realy like to know if this low rating is only because of a few disappointments (like the lack of GPS) or is the 8320 an inferior phone compared to 8300?

                  Tx

for the picture message to work, you need to have the blackberry plan or you need to call customer service and tell them to add blackberry voice add-on(t-mobile).

I used blackberry quit a bit and the pearl was nice but it had horrible speakers this curve is almost the same as the pearl but it has a full qwerty key board and it has better speakers and camera...between this and the pearl I rather go with the CURVE...

with cell phones these days, you can not get a phone that will last for years - usually how it goes, you buy a phone and 6 moths later there will be a blackberry out that is ten times better than what you bought

This is my first blackberry and so far its great. One thing I cant figure out for the life of me though is people sending me photos from there phones dont seem to make it to the curve. Also when I take a pic it used to be easy in other phones to send the pic as a text attachement but it only seems that I can send it through email. am I missing something or is this just how the blackberrys work?

I was wondering, is the pearl or curve better? and if its the curve, which of the curves are the best? is it this one? Because I want to buy a phone I will want to keep for years!

you have to change the format on the video's to avi. you could use 3gp converter.

OK, This is not at all even close to as good as a Nokia E61i, the Nokia can open jpegs and documents on emails this cant, this is ok for school children to text one another, or IM one one another certainly not a reliable too for business.
The only reliable tools for business are Nokia, HTC, I-Mate that is it. If your seeking a semy ok toy this should do the trick.
But for surfing the net wow it sucks, for business emails being that it doesnt support HTML. It sucks what good is it good question.
