Its camera SUCKS and it quality is only as good as that of most VGA cameras. You cannot use Internet without using blackberry services. The services, although available on prepaid can cause you quite a grief if there is insufficient balance in your account at the time of renewal. They are automatically deactivated and you have to get them activated again after recharging and that can be a pain. You better find out about the services and their cost before you make the decision.
I have 8520 and I am thinking of moving to 5233 instead. Take my advice and stay with nokia. You will get 10 email accounts with nokia instead of 5 with blackberry. In India you can use a Rs.98 Internet pack from Airtel (on prepaid) and download 2 GB of data. This does not work with Blackberry.

i have problem with my BB...suddenly my BB refuse to charge again...day before charghing was fine, but yesterday he just refused to charge the battery

i cant connect my bb curve to my desk top. i remember at first theres mass storage then i accidentally press "dont show this message again" from then on i canot connect already

How comes I can't download facebook curve using app world or even download the app world software n I still can't access the other software that I thought I was successful in downloading. Its a great phone tho. Thanx

It hangs cause u load too much things on it mine doesn't cause I delete the event log. If you want ur bb curve faster do this:
Press ALT+L+G+L+G and press bb menu and click clear event log that's it! Ur bbs faster!
