what do i do,my phone fell down while instaling some software and when fix it the light goes red but when on screen ;loading blckberry only reaches 1% then restarts but it only does that without fininishing

The phone is good only the unavailability of radio makes it....... other wise is perfect

Still have this one for almost 4 years and still working good . Only you have to watch your internal memory.

I've bought BB on feb 23rd. 2014 in Karawang West Java, with ref IMEI 358139049259074,but why battery was broken on feb 24th? Only one day usage..
BB can not been charged because of it, and no warranty..
I have to buy a new one.
