is anyone else ex... moreThis may be due to the on board flash memory being utilized to its last bit. Try few these steps and let me know if you've notice any changes in how the phone functions
Step#1: Try, to clear your EVENT LOG as much as possible, how do you do this its quite simple, PRESS the ALT KEY AND TYPE LGLG the event log will appear, then click on the menu button and click on CLEAR LOG.
DO this once every day!
Step#2: Check the available RAM available on your BB device. If the available RAM is anything below 90MB to 50MB ensure you delete the unnecessary applications and keep the most used applications intact on your device.
Deleting those unnecessary applications will be breather for your phone, Any phone needs minimum of 90 to 60MB RAM space for any sort of multi-tasking ability. Due to which many devices tend to freeze!

Guys try this!! I'm not sure if it will work or has worked with many but, I have found a way to use Ubertwitter and Nimbuzz chat messenger without having my BIS or Wifi.
Here are a few steps:
Step#1:
First call up your service providers activate your GPRS service (Please don't be confused this for BIS service.) Once you have activated the GPRS Service on your SIM have the SIM card moved to your BB8520.
Step#2:
Go to manage connections>>Mobile Network Options>> If your data service is switched off, turn it ON! Then do a hard reset of the phone by taking the back cover of and pull out the battery, after 5mins put the battery back and let the phone restart.
Step#3: Go back to Manage connections>>Mobile Network Options>> check if your data service is ON or not! If its on. Go to BlackBerry Application world and download Nimbuzz messenger and Ubertwitter and starting using these application on your GPRS Data service.
If it doesn't work out! Say Bollocks and get back on your BIS service and don't forget to pay your bills on time!! Hehehe Its working for me!! So, lemme enjoy the benefits!!
