im planning to get this phone via "plan" at globe where id be paying almost 1k every month.. hmmm is it really a good phone? hehehe and is it plastic..
by the way.. im new to BB so ulagain pa ako hehe.. hmmm how does the internet work here? i read you have to activate stuff to get it working.. and some said once they did.. they couldnt do other things..

I bought a curve 8520, I can't post my pics on my bbm page and my bbm msg does nt cm in coloured format.

Been using this for over 2 months now it is superb and works very well, battery is good I am not sure why people are stating the battery is poor because mine lasts for days I have the latest firmware updated on my handset it works a dream

This is gr8 smartphone..I see there are a lot of people here asking stupid questions and saying it's no good...The TRUTH is that BB8520 is perfect phone, it's just that you have TO KNOW how to use smartphones and BB phones..battery is great for smartphones...it last for 2 days if you are working on it intensively and for 4 days if you don't use it too much...OS is great too..

Ravi kumar.N, 06 Jan 2011Does it compatible with 3G? Which is right choice now 3g is a NO go for 8520. if u prefer 3G(which drain batt quite a lot :p) go for bb 9300. or better still bb 9700 or 9780.

princess, 04 Jan 2011hi just got the curve 8520, and i cant sign up to get a bb ... moreHave u activated the BlackBerry Internet plan yet on ur mobile? Which place are u from? Goto ur service provider and activate the BlackBerry Internet service. Everything will start working then.
