Retired person, 13 Aug 2013Bought when it first came out - fantastic! However, it is n... morebackup your phone nos and sms on memory card then remove memory card and restart the phone press ctrl+alt+del from right side of bbm 8520 all together
this will remove virus and then scan your card via antivirus for mobile. after the phone restarts reload the contacts and sms then install mobile antivirus like netquinn do not share data via bluetooth use it only for headset update all blackberry apps via internet do not install 3rd party apps and use a 32gb microsd if possible
