also u will incure a cost of minimum 299 p/month for the bb services
but the bb is a whole different experience viz to nokia..

but i suggest u wait since the official unlocked phones are launching in mid october with warranty bill and stuff..

see there is a big different in BB servic... moreFor all people who are saying that GPRS/Edge gives only a Pull Mail option, please note that if you are using a Windows Mobile, you can always set the syncronization to a real time option. And if you are using a Symbian mobile, you can alwys use hundreds of available softwares which gives push mail option.
For all phones, there are hundreds of email softwares available for push mail using GPRS or Edge.
But anyway, BB has its own class. :)

Never had a Blackberry before, But i'm supprised!
Everything is usefull and looks great! app world is nice, and interface is nice.
The new navigation trackpad is works awsome and is fast.
Don't found any bugs yet...if so: i'll post them

Hello Friends,
I'm planning to buy this phone but m a bit confused after reading the mixed reviews by u guyz. My basic requirements are sms,long battery life, high speed internet, emails, chat(gtalk and Y! msngr preferred, music. M really excited to know wat BB msngr is? This vud b my first BB if I purchase this......I had a look on curve 8900, it was nice but the difference b/w the price of the two is high here in India and I don't think there is much difference b/w the features of the two.....my bro has a E71 and I find it a very nice phone.....but won't buy it as I already have one.
Friends Pls suggest wat phone shud I buy.

It's Class is lower than the 8900 (I'm using right now) but it has the essentials of a black berry. They've lowered camera resolution, No GPS, No 3G. But without those three things this phone still owned up to it's black berry name.
So in my opinion this will be an affordable (but yet good) Black berry, and my prediction it will flood the market (specially in Asia) because it is cheap but can still do all emails, facebook, and internet.
