I have this phone but the problem is the battery bought a new one recently but its still the same problem i have to charge every after 3 hours and it starts getting hot as the battery goes down.what can be done about this.

go to settings.... mobile netwrork... data sevices... turn it on to use internet connections...

guys can anyone help me,, my 4n has network problem,, it fails 2 connect to the internet let alone making calls,,sometimes network come and then after some minutes it fades away!,,, WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM??

Can anyone HELP, I have a problem with my fone it cant connect and yet my BIS only expires on 27 of every month thats obvious it is still active as I did recharge, but it not connecting instead of EDGE I see GSM...I am so stressed I cant check my emails, watsapp and bbm...and how do I delete the cookies on my fone...

I love this phone but the problem is I have to wipe it anything I request for an internet bundle from my service provider....is there any way out? And also can I configure it manually with requesting for the bundle?

This is an excellent phone.I'm using this phone since last 2 months.I've not come across any problems......it provides me with sufficient speed even on 2G data packs.keyboard on this phone is just amazing.......I love to type on my bb...........I am proud of being a member in blackberry family........

Scroll down to mobile network option click and u will data service click on or off it so if its oFf then ur money will not be deducted.. Maybe I solve the issue
