your desk top manager is nor responding to drag the application inside the phone due to damaged desktop software. you have to reload the windows and download the original desktop software from your local phone site through blackberry site.

this phone is the worst Blackberry ever . it is sooo terrible it has no good points about it it has terrible battery life , breaks all the time and i definately not worth its money , im very careful with my phones and ive only had this phone a month and the side buttons are tearing the trackpad stops working for hours at time. its not a phone for this day and age of 3G and 4G it clearly been outclassed as it even struggles to grab edge signals let alone a strong gprs signal.

james, 06 Jan 2013hi! My bb 8520 is awersome..i lyk it..If u wana 2 cnttct to wifi go in mannange connection search wifi network .connct to ur wifi net.afttr entering ur passwrd.thn cme back to mnnge connction and switch off ur mobile network.mwifi is exceellent
