Bbenemy, 29 Sep 2012This. Phone. Sucks. No joke. DO NOT BUY. Freezes all the ti... moreI don't know what you did to your phone. I'm using this 8520 since 2010 up to present. I haven't experienced freezing or lags. Maybe you're not aware that there are many apps running in the background.
I renew my plan last August 2012, and I have a new Curve 9220 with OS7, up to date I haven't experienced any problems on both Phones.

does it have a wifi hotspot. I have this phone i m using it since an year n half. now i wish to purchace an ipad wifi model. can anybody pl suggest whether it will synch with ipad for wifi (internet Use)? i am not a tech savvy. pl help.

y it is everytime i try to use appworld it says im on aservice plan that requires wifi connection.

i have this phone, ive had it for about 3 years now, its always worked perfect. although my contract limited what i could do with it. It seems that the problems that other people have are due to them installing loads of useless apps and then blaming the hardware for when it sows down a breaks. its only 512mhz. its not a powerhouse smart phone.
