from two days signal shown as EDGE not 3G & i could not connect internet due to this reason So how could I connect to 3G & I restarted phone & removes battery several times & all my colleagues are connected to 3G except me

But found a solution for that - go to "manage connections" then , "mobile network options" then "data services" connect ur wifì to the network n then start browsing it will be accessing through wifì. Look for the wifi symbol of blackberry on top right corner ! Good luck

viky, 06 Dec 2014my phobe is hang n whit screen Try removing the battery then replacing it. You should see a graph filling slowly, then when it is filled your phone will boot up normally again. Worked for me.

I didn't change my battery but simply pulled it out then put it back in and the phone did like a factory reset automatically and it worked fine after that.

I d0 experienced the same pr0blem.. while surfing the web 0r even playing music 0r texting, I usually had my screen turned white.. I th0ught it was als0 because 0f virus, but its n0t.. S0 I decided t0 change my battery. At first it was 0k then after a c0uple 0f days, the same pr0blem 0ccured. I watched vide0s 0n utube and f0und 0ut, I have the same pr0blem with the 0ther users and tried d0ing their suggesti0n t0 turn the screen int0 n0rmal again but it was n0t effective f0r me. I cant d0 n0thing ab0ut it s0 I switched t0 0ther ph0ne.
