The OS version is 4.6.1.101 (sim free, unlocked version).

phone screen is ace -- wifi fantastic - a2dp great

I looked at the Curve 8900 today in Carphone Warehouse and my first impressions were WOW it's gorgeous.

Picked this device up last week. It is my first BB, as I've waited for this since pre-production speculation began. I am very impressed, and it has lived up to all my expectations. I don't surf excessively, so 3G was never a feature I cared for. All in all, Fantastic device!
