To put on silent just scroll on speaker icon on home screen and select the mode you like

I am currently using bb8900, it a cute phone but the problem am experiencing now is that If a text msg comes into the phone! I must either delete it or save it elsE if another text enters it will attach to the previous name, so I can't leave text in the box and read it at my leisure time...

just wipe it and everything is going to be fine.....to wipe just put a password and write it wrong for 10 times then wait until the mobile reboot and ur problem is solved

khareen , 29 Jan 2011i am currently using Blackberry Curve 8900 bought by my hus... morehi khareen when i bought my blackberry 9300 i thought that my phone speaker was broke its not a very good sound and not very loud atall but u have another option u can activate your your speakerphone in your media then your ringtones with b clearer and louder i hope this helps

i am currently using Blackberry Curve 8900 bought by my husband when he was in the US.the problem now is i could
not hear the ringtone when somebody is calling but the message alert tone is working.how will i fix this? tnx

i'm about to buy dis phone..but i keep wonder its performance ... some salesman keep suggesting me to buy the bb curve 8520 model.because he telling me that this 8900 phone always have trackball problem..so what do u guys think?
