my phone is bad the ball is not working and when i switch it off and on it shows a code ( uncaught exception index 3 >=3 ) is dis a virus or wat? Pls dis is rilt affectn my phn in a bad way...

I have had this phone for a year and run 18 of them in our company, a few of us had annoying software hangups and sluggish performance with operating system version 4.6.1.168 however I have now upgraded the operating system to 5.0.0.509 Its the best thing I ever did The phone has a whole new feel to it a absolutely no further problems .
I recommend the upgrade its well worth it.
I did it myself by watching how to videos on youtube and downloading the latest OS
Well done blackberry this new OS is fantastic

Just got my BB Curve.... it seems to be draining the power down quickly!
Charged overnight.... by lunchtime it was down to the last bar on the battery.
Any suggestions!?? I have turned off the bluetooth, but not sure what other apps may be draining the power....

Please my blackberry is not working well dont know why, when someone calls in it shows unknown number and it does not ring just show missed call.. And ppl said when they call me it tell them my number is busy whats the problem? And the phone is new and its not network.. What can i do is it the settings or something please i need urgent reply thanks..

Several features can be used with this free wifi. BUT!!!! IF you are like my company, tied to Skype as well as Voipcheap, STAY AWAY.... Shame actually. BUT I NEED to have access to Skype at least. And VOipcheap at best. So I have to sadly bid an adio to the BB clan.. Skype seems to be closed to BB. Or Vice-versa.... Sad.

During call i hear a voice like surrounding effects and it make me very un easy to listen the calls. Anybody help me to clear this issue.
