BB says that the talk time on 8900 is about 5.5.hrs, I am not getting more then 2.5 hrs, did changed the battery once and the hand set also but the issue is still there, can any one helps. I read on the net that one can improve the battery life by not using the pouch which has come with the device.

Anonymous, 01 Jan 1970Pixon and omnia i did not like, 8900 is a brilliant phone, only downside is no 3g, but if you have wifi connection, then thats not a big problem, the main dissapointment, i would say is the camera in poor light, but overall the other features are too good, and make up for the couple of disapointments. So i would really recommend the curve 8900.
Also if you care about screen quality, then the pixon and omnia will be a disapointment. Finally the sound quality of the 8900 is the best i've heard on a mobile phone.

Dear All
I was using a nokia E63 and just bought BB curve 8900. But i have difficulty on the following issues:
1. how can i send a busness card from the bb?
2. how do i have my gmail account permanently on my bb because it was permanently on on my nokia E63.
please help. I have removed my sim card from the bb and using the nokia for convenience sake.

Its the most complete phone on the market at the moment. Not sure how good the new BB curve is gonna be, thats the only decision i think you have to make really - whether to have the 8900 or wait a month or so for the new curve. Hope this helps. :-)
