The 8900 And the 9000 bold are both great phones
If you dont mind size, the bold is better but does have some issues. Also the bold has 3G which helps a lot
If you are looking for something smaller and dont mind not having 3G, the 8900 is better.
I personally like the 8900 more and its newer

hello, i had a 8900 last year when they 1st came out in the uk, battery life was rubbish so i changed to bold, E71 etc, can anyone confirm if BB have improved the battery life. i'm a mid-too high user email wise & find the E71 has trouble receiving some overseas emails & push isn't quick. before I change to 8900 again, opinions would help thks

Yes dawg it supports 3.5mm headphones so its of the hook even has equalizer

thh, 09 Jun 2009Iam just about to get a blackberry curve 8900 is this bette... moreI happen to have both the bold 9000 and the curve 8900,(work and private) and i can honestly say that unless you use a lot of video calling then 'd definitely go with the curve 8900.it's a litlle smaller and gives you options of messenger chatting on Bb, msn, yahoo and google. in my opinion the display is also brighter. The other features are just about the same. all good.
