i am 18 and i've been using this phone since 2 years..this phone is quite a strong phone..it works efficiently even after getting dumped from a good height :p but the fone freezes often.. i changed my battery once in 2 years and also updated my fon's OS to 7.1 ..now it is working great..:) the camera is good.. the only complain i have is regarding its internal memory which doesnot support much of games and apps :( well m planning to switch off to another blackberry ..can anyone suggest me something good? and with a reasonable price.. i dont want to go beyond 30K..THANKS..;)

Last things to know:all blackberrys have a problem with getting signal wherever you are,my dad and i both have blackberries he:z10 and i:curve 9380 we lose signal/fhone perception at the same places. 2. Blackberry inc. Will die soon

The good things:1.no problems with performance the first 1.5 years of purchase. 2.software on fhone is easy to use and a nice feeling to have in your hand (typing on bbm,facebook ect,playing mp3s,watching videos ect is verry nice). 3.good quality sound from earfhones and speakers(fhone speaker is a bit softer then previous bb curves,loud enough for me) 4. It has an eceptably good camera,no hd but still pretty good for capturing text on papers and reading from phone screen(good enough camera). 5. Realy verry light phone 6.a verry good looking fhone (screen is good,the fhone looks good but totaly dumber with games and apps then expected) 6. Its alot cheaper now 7. Exeptable fhone if your looking for a business only fhone.

1.Fhone only for business and sosialising(fb bbm email ect)2.totaly useless for interisting games and apps. 3.dont buy it for your kids!!!!!!! 4.buy a new or other fhone within 1.5 years from purchase or your bb9380 will begin to iritate you(fhone freezes,not responding on time) 5.dont ever drop or damage fhone it will give only more problems ,all blackberries apply to this rule. 6.i have this fhone,im a kid i know what im talking about(this hre is what you must remember). 7.if you realy want a blackberry and not waste money buy a blackberry z10 and further on (still has problems if you want to know about the z10 read my next review.)

this phone is sick. worst phone i ever used. hangs everytime. no better gaming experience. application storage is just 125mb. if 60-70mb of memory is not free, phone freezes or hangs a lot. just 35mb is for media use, it means there is just 35mb of phone memory for your files. you have to use external card for media use. battery backup is very bad. in 3G mode it lasts only for less than 2hours. but z10/z30 is good phone. I have'nt any complaint issue yet.

Mobile hotspot kills the battery faster......nice phone,the best bb I ever had,prefer it to the curve 7 I'm using currently

what a great phone...!!! i use old BB OS 7.0..that was much hang and no-more running battery..then after 6-months i ipdate phone to BB-OS-7.1..and now after BB-OS-7.1 i use this lastly 2-years...but phone no hang ..and battery back-up is too good..with 3g-internet...and i use this very smoothly now also..and i happy with this.. i love "BLACKBERRY"...:)

Its the worst phone ive ever had the software had to be redone 6 time and it still doesnt work likely i got a S4 now and there no problems
